Podcasts, a fairly less known medium of communicating information. After all, they’re weekly audio releases which are not music. Who would listen to them?
And yet, the audience for podcasts has risen by a much greater pace than for any similar media. From the speakers of a CEO’s Tesla to the headphones of a high school sophomore, Podcasts seem to have made it to the ears of the common man. It’s time you listened!

1. TEDTalks Business
The world’s largest repository of motivational and informative talks, took the initiative of creating audio files of the best business talks and putting up one of the most subscribed podcasts on iTunes. From Bill Gates to Uber’s Travis Kalanick to anyone who’s had something meaningful to say about the world of Business, you’ll find all of them here.
2. HBR Ideacast
When the world’s best Business School gets its professors to talk about the most crucial issues of the corporate world, you better tune in!
3. Seth Godin’s Startup School
This virtuoso of marketing started his podcast from the recordings of a 3 day workshop he held on starting a company. The workshop became a hit and was eventually immortalised through the podcast. Although unedited and unpolished, this is an extraordinary insight into Seth's thoughts about startups.
4. Hidden Brain
The Hidden Brain is your hack to understanding how people think and the implications of those thoughts. Using science and storytelling, Hidden Brain's host Shankar Vedantam reveals the unconscious patterns that drive human behaviour, the biases that shape our choices, and the triggers that direct the course of our relationships.
